Ground-Breaking Development!

What a thrill. What a rush. I stepped out onto the muddy earth of The Ridge at Alpine today and was absolutely blown away. Crisp air. The bluest sky you’ve ever seen and — progress. I mean, the kind of progress you can really see. Survey stakes mark the lines of what will soon be someone’s yard. I looked across the snow-packed ground and imagined out loud, “Somebody’s dream home will be right there.

I let my eyes tour the disturbed earth and then take a trip around this breathtaking location high above the Utah County city of Alpine. Standing there, overlooking Utah County, I could actually see the future. I saw neighborhoods with large, luxury, executive homes; and, I saw the beautifully landscaped yards. I could even hear children laughing as they kicked a ball between them down the street. “Now there is something to be proud of.”

Ridge at Alpine

We’re finally seeing progress at The Ridge at Alpine.

This is a special place. Large lots, spectacular mountain views and fresh air will bring its residents more joy than I can even imagine right now (but, that doesn’t stop me from trying).

Master developer Paul Kroff, a partner in this massive undertaking and owner/partner Steve Zolman have already made tremendous progress here. I feel great about the lots that are selling to people excited to live on top of the world. Our preferred lender, Broch Lassig, is hard at work arranging financing. But to be honest, this is the kind of progress I love to see. The kind you can see with your eyes, feel with your hands and literally breath in. So many memories will be made here. This beautiful community features magical views.

The earth is literally moving now. By spring we will be pulling building permits required to grow one of the finest communities in Utah County. It still seems a little like a dream.

A total of seven lots are sold in Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 features nine lots ranging in size from 6.9 to 3.08 acres. Phase 2 features 14 lots ranging in size from .5 to 1.02 acres. You can learn more about lot availability and pricing here.

We are currently taking reservations for these properties. Once the snow melts, I expect them to really move. If you want to become a neighbor in one of Utah County’s most exclusive communities, call me today. Let’s take a ride. I think you’ll see what all the excitement is about.

The environment at The Ridge at Alpine is always thrilling to me; but, today was different. I could actually see the progress and hundreds of dreams coming true right before my eyes.
